We submit Planning Applications for Extensions and New Builds to the Council for projects based in Brighton & Hove, Sussex and the South. Often working on Listed Buildings we submit Listed Building Consent for renovations and extensions. In both cases thorough research and liaison with regulatory bodies means that we have an excellent track record for approvals.
