Flat Refurbishment to Listed Building in Brighton & Hove, Sussex
Historical drawings and consultation with Regency Town House yielded the original layout of this basement flat (formerly the servants' quarters to the main house) and allowed a subtle reworking of the internal walls to allow the addition of an extra bedroom and bathroom.
The refurbishment of this Grade II listed property in Brighton & Hove, Sussex also included a rear glazed conservatory after it was demonstrated that there was historical precedent for this type of development. The master bedroom en-suite is accessed via a secret door in the wardrobe!
